Life since 1 May 2004

Life has changed a lot since May 2004. New circle of friends. Healthier life style ( I think...), more fun and different paradigm...I must say it is very interesting indeed!

Latest gathering we had was last saturday, 22nd April in Bangsar. We celebrated Diego's birthday. Here are the pics of the whole gang...

A few days b4 the surprised party, we had a farewell party for Danny and Kent. We had it at KFC Sri Kembangan. Almost the whole office was there. Had fun but we had to rush back to the office coz it was lunch time. Here's a pic of Kevin and me... another one of Danny and me. I forgot to snap a pic with Kent.

My Health & Fitness

Back in 2003, my friend Daniella wanted me to accompany me to the gym. I had nothing better to do so I followed her. We went to Fitness First, John Hancock. As a normal procedure, I had to listen to the Sales rep blabble for 1/2 hour about the gym b4 I am allowed to use the facility even tho I was Dani's guest. Basically they were trying to make me a member too! Well, they succeeded and since then it has been 3 years!

From a home member in 2003, I am now a passport member. After having a personal trainer for a few months in 2003, I've been thinking of quiting soooo many times in between coz I didnt have the time to go to gym, travelled a lot..excuses...excuses...not until 25 January 2006 when I met SFH from Fitness First Uptown. I have been going to the gym on a regular basis and thanks to him I have improved tremendously. I can actually run or do cardio for 20 min without stopping compared to having to stop every 5 mins once upon a time. My upper body strength pun dah improve. Ages ago I couldnt do 3 sets of chest incline on my own...now relax aje...hehehe

I think it is best that u have a source of inspiration..Makes it easier and less stressfull.

I havent got the abs I'm looking for but I like my triceps and biceps now...kinda cool...hehe. I dont care what some say about my new found hobby, as long as I am happy, that's all that matters. This blog has another unpublished version which explains everything about SFH. This will remain my secret.

Introduction to Me, myself and I

I think it is about time I wrote a short introduction of 'Mua' in here. Hey, my cats pun ada blog sendiri. Gives me an excuse to post these pics I've taken somewhere....hehehe... I've been a KLite for all my life. As a kid I grew up in Jln Gurney and Bangsar. Having spent 2 years in Muar during form 4 & 5, thought me a lot about being independent, life, friendship and religion. There must be a reason why God, keeps sending me back to Johor...I think he has something up his sleeves...coz I spent 6 more years in Skudai, JB doing Electrical Engineering......(boringgggg).

After graduation, I've been living like a Nomad...moving from 1 house to another coz my nice and nephew invaded my room. I had no choice but to go stay with my brothers. Thank God I have understanding sisters-in-law who gets along very well with me. So every now and then, I'll switch from Bro-1 to Bro-3's house. Then 1 fine day a friend of mine ajak pindah. She said her house is getting crowded. So we moved to Bro-3's condo. Paid minimal rent...hehe (felt sooo guilty) and 6 months down the road..this friend moved out to her dad's place. i managed to stay on for another year until an expat rented the place.

Mmmm..what to do? I decided to get my own place but it wont be ready for another 2 years..where m I to stay? Pening kepala masa tu...fortunately, my sis-in-law's uncle was alone in a double storey house so the family offered me to occupy the room upstairs. A year passed and 'my' uncle passed on too. That means..it is time to move again. My house is still not ready for another year, so I moved to Pelangi Damansara. 5 mins away from the place I bought...trying to get used to the area, traffic, etc...etc...

A year passed at Pelangi Damansara...neighbours were good and friendly. I've got the best landlord and finally Perdana View Condo is ready! I was really excited. I've got a place to call "MY OWN"!!!
